The Irish Times Innovation Awards

Based on the island of Ireland and an Innovator, an entrepreneur or a scientist? This comp from the the Irish Times and InterTrade Ireland is well worth a look.
The Irish Times Innovation Awards have over the last few years been showcasing innovation excellence and this year is no different. Entries are wanted from companies large and small, individuals and organisations alike who can demonstrate real innovation and ingenuity with a particular product or service.
Applications must be submitted in one of the following six categories :
- agri food
- bioscience
- energy and the environment
- manufacturing
- creative industries and
- IT and telecommunications
Individual category winners will win a communications package worth €10,000 in the Irish Times’ Business and Innovation pages and also an iPad with a one year subscription to The Irish Times ePaper.
The overall winner will win a communications package worth over €150,000 consisting of advertising promo across the Business+Innovation pages, as well as a scholarship for an Executive Education programme starting in 2015, being run by the UCD Smurfit School and also a laptop with a one year subscription to The Irish Times ePaper.
