Estonian proptech startup EstateGuru secures funding from over 1000 investors in over 37 countries raising €880K investment
Great news today for EstateGuru, the leading Pan-European marketplace facilitating property-backed loans for SMEs with the announcement that it has closed a €880K funding round on investment platform Seedrs. This funding forms part of the company’s €5M series A-raise, and far exceeds the original investment target of €350K investment target for the round.EstateGuru are developing a digital and borderless ecosystem for real estate financing and investing in Europe and beyond. By connecting different service providers, SMEs and investors into one single marketplace, they aim to offer a seamless, cross-border and digital service for borrowers and investors.
The funding will help the startup with its mission to become the biggest real estate financing platform in Europe by 2025. Its aim is to develop a digital and borderless ecosystem for real estate financing and investing in Europe and beyond, by connecting different service providers, SMEs and investors into one single marketplace.
Funds from the Seedrs round will be used in three strategic areas: geographical expansion, delivering an ambitious technology roadmap and developing the area of capital markets and institutional investments.
