Win six months free use of Soapstone's business management and team collaboration software

by Startacus Admin
Are you a multitasking founder of a Startup or small business team that needs a help in becoming and staying organised?
Always keen to help make the process of starting and sustaining a business easier, we were delighted when the good folks at Soapstone asked us to run a giveaway competition for two lucky startups / self starters to win six months free use of Soapstone!
So what is Soapstone, and what does it do?
The good folks at Soapstone provide an innovative software solution that helps small businesses be significantly more organised, whilst at the same time encourages increased sales from repeat business.
It’s a really useful tool for individuals, consultants, business owners, contractors, service providers, virtual / remote workers and anyone in a client facing company who needs to keep track of many projects for multiple clients.
Overall it aims to provide a more holistic service to that which is offered by standard CRM systems.
The software allows you to keep a database of all your customers, the contact details of everyone you know at that customer, and any activity you have with them, quotes, completed projects, contact events, and so forth.
Small businesses can instantly access lots of vital information including staff workloads, project progress, resource allocation and other useful management information.
Nifty tools like the tasks section, allow you to set day to day tasks but also to schedule follow up calls to generate repeat business. For example a motor mechanic is able to schedule a future call to MOT customers to re book the test at the same time the next year!
And because the all the information can all be stored on the Web it can be accessed by anyone in your user group from anywhere with an internet connection.
Nice.
