WeGift - the digital rewards and incentives platform

by Startacus Admin

The lowdown on WeGift, the tech startup that is automating the gift card business...

But also a great way for businesses to reward and incentivise customers and employees. Send out a gift card every month to the employee who got the highest customer service rating, who closed the most deals, who sent out the most gift cards.
But the current process is not automated enough, is using outdated systems, and in many cases is failing to fully take advantage of the idea.
London-based startup WeGift has created a platform to take care of this for businesses quicker and more simply. Whereas the traditional process is manual, error prone, and pricey, WeGift uses a cloud-based platform that allows businesses to automate the process.
WeGift already has a network of over 500 brand partners across 26 markets and 20 currencies, meaning businesses already have the groundwork done to be able to simply access this huge choice of rewards. WeGift intelligently automates a process which, they say, previously involved filling out spreadsheets and waiting weeks to purchase and distribute these digital rewards, which is obviously not the most ideal and streamlined of solutions.
Using this process and this access to such a large number of partners, those who utilise WeGift can do a lot more not only for their employees but for their customers - open up their rewards and incentives programmes, do more with sales and promotions, enhance customer care, and more.
Last summer, WeGift breezed through a Series A funding round to raise £4m, which will be used to scale up and support their expansion to the US, fulfilling their vision of the world’s first real-time infrastructure for digital rewards and incentives.
We look forward to seeing how and where this tech startup continues to develop...
