We’re liking the look of Joto - An Internet connected drawing board

by Startacus Admin
It’s kinda like a load of stuff we’ve seen before. A part digital made physical product. But Joto, we think, is looking 100% blooming brilliant. Joto is an internet connected drawing board that makes digital content into a physical thing by drawing it with a pen type device.

Winner of the Design Museum ‘Design of the Year public vote’, Joto is currently at the stage of preparing its Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign and whilst a snazzy promo video is sure to be on it’s way, we couldn’t wait to show and tell this fab internet connected drawing board.
Let us paint the picture…
Basically Joto sends drawings, notes, art-work, information, news, birthday wishes, onto a connected drawing board (via a connected device type pen).
Joto could be quite easily pictured on the wall of a family home - your kids digital drawings… a happy birthday message….a new piece of art delivered onto your wall, a day.
It could become your families physical to-do list, or a workplaces reminder board of all the key jobs needed to be done by the team that day. Even perhaps a vidiprinter board to give you the football scores as they update on a Saturday afternoon! (Here's hoping!)
It could become the restaurant's ‘specials’ menu board, or a cafes updatable menu…
But either way, we reckon this part physical / part digital product is likely to do rather well when it's crowdfunding campaign goes live and we look forward to seeing and hearing more about Joto over the coming months.
Joto. We heart you big time. Go check Joto out.
