These days there are apps for virtually everything and everybody. And if you’re the creative type, you’re pretty much spoilt for choice with the range of apps that are available for your smartphone or tablet.
But which are the best? Which should you be using? Well...to be honest, we could probably write about the best and must-have apps for hours, but we know that you’d probably get bored sooner or later and to be honest, we’d probably get a tad tired. So instead we decided to narrow it down and pick out 5 of our favourites. We hope you like...
Sketchbook Pro
If you’re a digital artist or a casual doodler, this is one of the best art apps that you could use. With a really simple and straightforward UI and a whole host of brushes, digital pencils, pens and markers to choose from, this app makes sketching on the move a piece of cake. Sketchbook Pro initially became extremely popular on the iPad but also now has a version for Android tablets as well as for the iPhone and Android handsets. It’s also pretty cheap considering - costing from just $1.99 for the tablet version and £1.24 for the mobile version.
