There's an AR app to help you choose your Christmas tree

by Startacus Admin

Snow Joke - Get the Christmas Tree you want delivered to your doorstep and use an AR app to see how it will look in your office or home first...
Courtesy of DeliverTree - this is a real possibili-TREE (well in London at least).
Their promise is to deliver Londoners amazing Christmas trees. Using their app to choose the tree you want, you can see what it looks like in your room before you buy it and then order there and then.
Their website is top notch, their app 'presents' its-ELF very well. Who could these folk be? Well, all their trees are 'Premium Nordman Fir trees', and all are grown on Hole Park Farm in Kent. Perhaps it is the Hole Park farm folk having fun?
Well on closure inspection (via the App Store), it appears to have been created and launched by app design and delivery studio 'Studio Graphane'. They seem to be focused on helping startups navigate the journey from conceptualision to commercial reality.
But whether this is for a specific client, simply a pet project for just themselves, or for the big man Santa himself, we know it certainly caught our eye, and thought it wise to plant the story and deliver it right here.
Merry Business DeliverTree. :)
