The Pitch to Rich

by Startacus Admin
Fancy pitching your business idea to one of the world’s most famous entrepreneurs?
Well...enter the Pitch to Rich comp and you could do just that.
The folks at Virgin Media Pioneers have once again launched their quest to find some of the UK’s most innovative up and coming entrepreneurs - entrepreneurs who could find themselves in just a matter of months pitching to the man himself, Sir Richard Branson at his Oxfordshire home.
There are two potential awards to be won - the Startup Award and the Innovation Award.
If you’re in the first 12 months of trading, the Startup Award is for you. You’ve also got to meet the Government Start Up Loans criteria.
If you’re already a successfully trading small tech business, the Innovation Award is the one which could help you make that vital next step.
With both awards, there is a pretty impressive prize package of up to £5k investment as well as mentoring support and a whole host of legal, branding and marketing advice. Of course, the PR and networking opportunities that will arise for the winners shouldn’t be sniffed at either!
So then...the Pitch to Rich. Who can apply?
All entrants must be aged UK residents, aged 18+ who have a UK based business. Of course they must also be registered Virgin Media Pioneers and available on May 13th to potentially undertake that pitch. Entries must be submitted by 12 noon on April 7th.
All other T’s and C’s and of course that all important application form can be found on the Virgin Media Pioneers site.
If you apply? Best of luck from all at Startacus!
