The Investor Pitch

Getting funding for a business is never easy - you’ve got to put the work in, to convince the funder - be that funder a bank or a business angel - that your business is worth it and that they are going to receive a return on their investment. 
The thing to remember too is that there are lots of other entrepreneurs out there - lots of other startups - all vying for that same pot of cash. It’s essential therefore to make sure that your business has an edge - has that certain something that the others don’t - and the best way of starting to show that edge is with your pitch. Let's face it - investors are used to hearing pitches from startups who all claim to be innovative, disruptive, revolutionary. They’re used to hearing pitches that are cliché-ridden yet in actual fact say very little.
Putting work into perfecting your pitch is therefore critical. After all, if you pitch well and manage to secure investment, just think about the potential impact that could have for you and your startup.
