The Entrepreneurial Exchange Entrepreneur of the Year

by Startacus Admin
Scotland’s Entrepreneurial Exchange has come a long way since it started in 1995, and can now boast a membership of some 400 entrepreneurs who between them head up companies with a collective turnover of over £14 billion. So, when it comes to business and all things enterprise related, these guys know what’s what.Their original intention when starting out was to create a platform for Scottish entrepreneurs and to raise the profile of entrepreneurship in Scotland. One of the ways they have done this, is through the annual Entrepreneurial Exchange Awards. The awards which aim to celebrate entrepreneurship in all its forms have become one of the most respected celebrations of entrepreneurial achievement in Scotland since they are “for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs.”
So why are we telling you all this?
Well, quite simply to let you know that they’re currently looking for entries for this year!
So, if you’re an entrepreneur in Scotland who feels that you’ve demonstrated true drive and innovation and deserve to get some recognition as the Entrepreneur of the Year or Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, then you can nominate yourself! Or maybe you know someone who you feel is deserved of those titles, you can nominate them too.
Nomination forms are available on the Entrepreneurial Exchange site and must be returned by noon on 16th August. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Glasgow in November.
Best of luck to all who apply!
