The best "404 - Not Found" page?

by Startacus Admin
The chances are we have all come across a 404 page when searching on the internet, or on a specific website.
A 404 is basically a page that you end up on when you attempt to open a page or link that no longer works and the 404 association is simply the code that is given for this type of page (did that make sense Tech people!)
Well, there are some websites and designers out there, who go to, more than a little bit of trouble to design a 404 page that not only stands out, but adds value and creativity to this little blighter. So much so that over the last few years, there are hundreds of site that dedicate time to highlighting the best 404 pages they can find and even some sites that are purely focused on finding the best ‘broken link’ designs!
I personally think that this interactive piece of design, is not only the best 404 page I could find, but also is a key reason why people would return to the filmmaker's main site. In this sense the broken link becomes the missing link! Check out the link below and make sure that when the train arrives at the station you click on the open doors too...
Does anyone have any other personal favourites they would like to share? Feel free to do that over at the forum...
