Tesco and RangeMe partnership presents new opportunity for British suppliers to market their brands and grow their retail relationships
The UK’s largest grocer Tesco has just announced details of a new partnership with RangeMe , the world’s largest product sourcing platform, with the aim of providing its product buying teams with access to the most relevant products its customers demand.
By using RangeMe, buyers will be able to filter searches to find brands and products meeting exact sourcing needs, have seamless connectivity and collaboration with suppliers, and gain access to curated collections to help identify and understand category trends and emerging brands.
Since being launched in 2014, RangeMe has established itself as the industry leader for retail product discovery and sourcing, with over 12,000 retail buyers in the UK, Benelux region, North America, and Asia Pacific using its platform. It also enables suppliers to grow their retail relationships, providing them with the tools and insights to manage their products, market their brand, and build awareness.
Speaking on today’s announcement, Nicky Jackson, CEO of RangeMe said: “We launched in the UK a few months ago and today Tesco, the largest grocery and supermarket chain in the country, has joined forces with us. We welcome them to our community of top retailers from around the world to transform their product sourcing experience. This is also an extraordinary opportunity for British suppliers to showcase their products directly to Tesco buyers and put their best foot forward”.
