Startup Van sets up camp in Old Street Station

by Startacus Admin
We featured the guys from Startup Van back in January as 2 of our ‘ones to watch’ for 2016.
Launched back in July 2015 by Founders Graham and Mark, the Ireland-based duo are becoming infamous for filming short videos that give great insight into the going-ons and characters that shape innovative startups and the startup ecosystem itself.
Post-January the Dublin team made a trip to London, but with the Startup Van experiencing 45 minute queues- so they’ve decided to return to the big smoke (23rd of May - 27th of May) and take over a whole unit within Old Street Station for an entire bloomin’ week - hooray!
Apart from their filming- which we encourage London startups to apply for- we are delighted to see that there will be plenty of fun and good craic to be had with The Startup Van team as well with a number of evening socials planned too,
Graham told us about why they are coming back to the capital:
“The last time The Startup Van held an event in London for an evening there were 45 minute queues... So now we're back!
We have a unit in Old Street Station which we are converting into a pop up studio for 5 full days, and 3 amazing evening events!
So if you own a startup, or work for a startup and want to get your name out there sign up below and come see us between the 23rd of May and the 27th of May!”
For all the details on both the filming opportunities and the socials, head on over to the Startup Van site - and for a little inspiration, check out below one of their most popular videos with start-up Xplor and Mark Woodland in The Startup Van during last years Web Summit ‘Night Summit’ event in Dublin.
