Startup Sheffield Month Begins!

by Startacus Admin
We are delighted to announce that today (Wednesday 10th September) marks the beginning of what promises to be a really interesting month here at Startacus…it’s our Sheffield Startup month.
Those of you with a proclivity for puzzles will already have twigged why we have chosen September for this Sheffield themed startup showcase - namely because the MADE 2014 Festival is taking place from the 23-24th of the month!
The MADE Festival is the UK’s leading business and entrepreneurial event and aims to showcase, explore and inspire entrepreneurialism by bringing together inventors, designers, manufacturers, business owners, and budding entrepreneurs in a wide range of events across the city of Sheffield.
As well as bringing you all the exciting happenings from the festival we will also be taking this opportunity to showcase Sheffield’s other startup events as well as innovative new businesses, social enterprises, creative goings-on and anything else interesting that we want to share with you along the way.
But as always this Startup month is mostly about you. If you are a Sheffield based startup, self starter, creative, investor or simply someone who wants to give a shout out to this great city then drop us an email to iam@startacus.net for a chat abouthow you can get involved!
