Startup of the Week - Woof-Box

Startacus RSS

by Startacus Admin

woof boxGone are the days when a treat for your dog simply meant a nice juicy bone from the local butchers. These days man’s best friend can avail of a whole host of treats - and thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, doing just that has become even easier.

Woof-Box is a monthly subscription service for dogs.

Yep. Our canine pals can now have their very own hand-picked personalised selection of doggie treats and products delivered to their door every month.

In essence, Woof-Box works very much like most subscription services. You firstly input a little detail about your dog - its size etc, then select which type of subscription you would like - be that a one month, three month or six month plan. You can then either personally select and choose the treats and goodies that your dog will receive or select the ‘surprise’ option. Subscriptions start from £17.99 per month and generally arrive mid month.

As you’d imagine, there is also a gift option so if you’re struggling to buy a present for a dog loving friend, this could be the perfect solution.

By sourcing and providing quality products that aren’t found in your typical pet supplies store, Woof-Box is really trying to ensure that it stands out and has its own niche.

Subscription services are most probably here to stay and it seems that there are endless possibilities as to what we could all have potentially delivered to our doors.

Since we’re known to be a nation of dog lovers, we reckon that Woof-Box is on the road to success with this one…
