Startup of the Week - Weekend Box

by Startacus Admin
If you’re a parent of young children, you’ll no doubt be hoping that this year Father Christmas will get it just right with the gifts that he bestows upon your darling kids - gifts that they’ll hopefully continue to enjoy all year round.
Now however, thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, keeping the kids entertained has just become a whole lot easier - no matter what the weather is like or what time of year it is.
Weekend Box is a subscription service which delivers an activity box for children aged between 3-6.
Each box is uniquely crafted and contains all you need to undertake a range of activities with your child - activities which are all creative, healthy and green. A box could contain a fun recipe and the special ingredients needed to make it, a pack of seeds and special magic compost to help those seeds grow or even all the bits and bobs you’d need for your child to make their own customised pack of Snap playing cards.
Subscriptions can be taken out on a fortnightly or monthly basis and as with most similar services, you can opt out at any time - no long term contracts here!
At the moment there are also special promo introductory offers for your first box and of course offers for the festive season!
Our thoughts? We like Weekend Box lots. After all - these boxes not only are helping to stimulate a child’s imagination and creativity, they are also helping both parents and children get even more out of the time they spend together. What’s not to love about that!
