Twigdoo is an innovative Lead Management service for businesses - a service which engages and converts leads whilst providing a high quality sales experience.
Here’s how it works:
Firstly you provide the Twigdoo team with all the relevant info about your business - from the products or services you provide through to pricing and what tone you would prefer they use when communicating to potential customers.
Then, you identify which sales channels you wish Twigdoo to access and manage - it could be emails or social media - you choose. The Twigdoo team will respond to every enquiry that is made via these channels within 5 minutes. The speed of response is pretty important since it’s most likely the most opportune time to engage with a potential lead - when they are effectively still warm.
They will then continue to follow up periodically and engage with the leads in order to fully qualify and convert them into clients.
You will receive weekly updates on the status of leads and therefore be able to monitor your sales pipeline effectively.
At any point however you can choose to take over and engage directly with a potential lead, should you wish to.
When leads are passed back to you, they are qualified and are properly ready to become clients - in a sense the hard work has been done! The result for your business? More sales!
It’s clear to see then how Twigdoo would prove invaluable for any startup founder or small business owner who are often so stretched both in terms of time and other resources.
Twigdoo - we’re loving your work!
