Startup of the Week - The Cocoa & Roast Club

by Startacus Admin
Some things are just meant to go together aren’t they? They may be pretty fine on their own but they’re somehow even better when they’re together. Take coffee and chocolate for instance - there can be no denying that one really complements the other. For some of us this perfect combo can be a daily habit whilst for others it might be more of a weekend treat.
Whichever camp you fall into, we reckon our latest Startup of the Week is well worth a look.
The Cocoa and Roast Club is a subscription startup which is based on the premise that “everyone deserves good coffee and luxury chocolate in their lives.”
It works in a similar manner to most other subscription services. Sign up and each month you’ll receive a box of artisan coffee which has been sourced directly from independent micro-roasteries throughout the UK and some of the finest chocolate which complements that particular coffee perfectly.
You can sign up for either a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription or simply purchase as a gift.
You’re not held into any contracts - you can cancel whenever you like - we’d be guessing though that once you try it, you won’t want to stop!
Why do we like what The Cocoa & Roast Club are doing?
Well for a start they’ve put together two of our fave things.
However more importantly they’re helping support other businesses with their own business. After all, they’re supporting micro-roasteries and artisan producers and makers up and down the country.
For that alone, we’re loving their work…
And also check out how you can be considered for our next Startup of the Week.
