Startup of the Week - SpareOffice

by Startacus Admin
If you’ve ever had to find a new office or workspace, you’ll know only too well how challenging and time consuming a task it can be. Whilst finding an empty space might be easy enough, it can be a tad more difficult to find a space which fully meets all your requirements.
Now however, thanks to our latest Startup of the Week that need no longer be the case.
SpareOffice is a new online portal that connects companies looking for office and coworking space with serviced office providers.
As you can imagine, it’s a straightforward platform to use. Simply enter your initial requirements in terms of location and the number of people you require space for and hit search. From those search results, you can then narrow it down based on your own criteria. So, if 24/7 access is an absolute must or you could only ever consider working in a pet-friendly office, simply refine your search results to ensure that those particular requirements are met.
Of course, if you have office space to rent, you can use the platform to advertise and promote what you’ve got available. You’ll pay a monthly fee for being listed but it would be well worth it if it meant you getting new tenants, wouldn’t you agree?
It’s still very early days for SpareOffice however they’ve already got lots of listings on the site and like all platforms like this, the more listings they have, the more successful they become.
We reckon they’re onto a winner for sure...
