Startup of the Week - Spacily

by Startacus Admin
If you’re a mobile worker or freelancer and have ever had to find a meeting room or source a space for an event, you’ll know only too well how time consuming and challenging a task it can be. The entire process can be quite a chore - the endless online searches, the issues with getting prices and quotes and then of course the selection and choosing of the right venue. Now however, thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, it has all become a whole lot easier.
Spacily is a new platform which aims to make the process of discovering and booking meeting rooms a straightforward and quick affair.
Here’s how it works:
If you’re on the hunt for a space, you can simply search the Spacily database for rooms which meet your requirements - whether that is the location, the price or the duration you need it for, the facilities which you need or you can even search based on the type and ambience of the venue. No more searching through endless websites for a space that suits - they’re all here - from hotels through to serviced offices and private members’ clubs.
Once you find a venue that fits the bill, you can use the Spacily platform to make a booking. With your booking confirmation, you’ll get all the essential info you’d need - everything from the name and contact details of your host through to those all important wifi details!
Of course if you have a space for hire, this platform is the perfect place to be. You can create a free profile, showcasing your space and all it offers. By using Spacily you’ll not only be able to promote your space to a wider audience, you’ll also be saving time with the booking management process.
It’s a win win for all concerned!
At the moment Spacily is concentrating on spaces in the London area but hopefully as the platform grows, it will extend its offering beyond the capital. We’d certainly like to see that!
