Startup of the Week - ScrawlrBox

by Startacus Admin
Whether you’re a professional artist or are simply more of a doodler, you’ll no doubt get a tad excited at the thought of getting your mitts on a new pen or pencil that you can use to unleash that creativity.
Likewise, If your idea of heaven is an afternoon spent browsing in an arts supplies store, then our latest Startup of the Week will be right up your street.
ScrawlrBox is a new subscription startup which will deliver a mystery box of creative art supplies directly to your door every month.
Each box contains a carefully selected range of art tools - from pens and pencils through to paint and graphic markers. There is also a write up about each tool, a print from a featured artist and a couple of extra little treats thrown in for good measure.
Subscriptions which start from just £15 can be taken out for 1, 3 or 6 months or of course annually. As you’d expect you can also purchase gift subscriptions for any other creatives in your life!
The Scrawlrbox site also has a pretty active community - other subscribers who complete #ScrawlChallenges and showcase what they’ve created with that month’s tools.
It’s the perfect place to inspire and be inspired!
ScrawlrBox are admittedly aiming at a niche target market but that’s surely no bad thing.
After all - they’re helping creatives be even more creative.
What’s not to love about that...
