Prodsight, the SaaS startup that's on a mission to help businesses analyse their customer experiences...

Prodsight is a SaaS startup which enables businesses to gain automated insight and analysis on their customers’ experiences.
With more and more businesses now using live chat support, they are receiving feedback from customers but reacting to and analysing that feedback can be a major challenge. That is where Prodsight steps in.
Firstly, it automatically identifies and tracks any issues that have been raised in customer conversations, thereby enabling users to react more effectively to customer queries and concerns. It can help customer support teams to identify the most common requests and where particular areas of focus should be. Any significant product problems, challenges or reasons for customer churn can be identified quickly and efficiently.

Trends can be accessed easily and customer reactions to business or product changes can be discovered quickly.
Prodsight integrates with Zendesk, Intercom and Freshdesk and if you’re interested in seeing how it works, they do offer a free 7 day trial.
In essence, Prodsight provides the detailed analysis which every business owner needs in order to ensure they are doing all they can to create the ultimate product and customer experience.
We reckon that this startup is most certainly one to watch…
