Startup of the Week - Postpone

by Startacus Admin
Let’s face it. Most of us would get nowhere without our to-do lists to keep us right. Sometimes though we end up spending more time adding tasks to the list than we actually do completing them.
The result?
A seemingly never-ending to-do list and an increasingly demotivated brain!
Well, that could all be a thing of the past thanks to our latest Startup of the Week.
Postpone is a to-do list web app with a difference - it actually helps you get things done!
When you sign up, you’ll see that there are 3 boxes for your tasks - the Task box, the Snooze box and the Done box.
Simply enter your tasks in the Task box and then if there are tasks listed that don’t necessarily need doing right now ( and let’s face it - there always are!) you can postpone them.
This will push those tasks into the Snooze box and you can choose when you want to be notified about them again - whether it’s in a few hours’ time or next month.
The whole idea behind the app is that it helps you create a manageable to-do list that lets you focus on doing what you need to do now.
That other stuff? You can deal with it later.
As for the Done box? Well, there’s a bit of a clue in the name! Yep - all your completed tasks are listed right there.
Postpone even lets you share to-do lists and you can assign and delegate tasks to other users or colleagues as you need to. Collaborating on a to-do list - that is music to our ears! Postpone is currently a Web app only although a mobile version is on the way.
So, if you’re daunted by that to-do list of yours, we reckon you should give Postpone a try. We like it. Lots.
