Startup of the Week - Pocket PA

by Startacus Admin
The app that's helping microbusiness owners manage "the business stuff" all in one place - from bookings and appointments through to invoicing and expenses...Running your own business might be a dream for many people, however there are some aspects of it which can be anything but. Whilst your days may be spent doing work that you really have a passion for, it can be easy to neglect the tedious stuff - the boring yet oh-so-essential admin.
Help is now at hand, however, thanks to our latest startup of the week.
Pocket PA is an app “for microbusiness owners to manage all their business 'stuff' on the go, all in one place”.
Whether you’re a beauty therapist, an electrician or a photographer, this app will help you keep your business in order.
It offers heaps of features that a small business owner needs to manage. You can use it to keep track of all your clients and appointments so you can easily see your current and upcoming workload. You can monitor your sales, create invoices, process client payments , send out reminders and see who still owes you money!
The app can record your business expenses and you can store your receipts in the cloud. Then, when that time of year comes around, you can export the data to send to your accountant.
The core purpose of course is to help you to manage the “money” aspect of running your business more effectively. By helping with everything from clients, appointments and sales through to invoicing, accounts and expenses, this app is in essence a one-stop solution for self-employed small business owners.
If you’re the type to generally neglect or put off those all important admin and financial tasks, then we reckon Pocket PA will be right up your street.
And if you’re interested in finding out more, it might be worthwhile checking out their free 30 day trial …
