Startup of the Week - Pickevent

by Startacus Admin
With so many business and professional events happening virtually every week, it’s become a task in itself to identify which events are the best and most worthwhile to attend.
It’s not just a matter of selecting the event with the best keynote speakers though - there are lots of other things to consider, such as identifying who else is attending and thereby who you should and could potentially network with. And if you’re an event organiser? Well...that too brings with it a whole host of issues and things to consider.
Well, thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, the world of events has just become a much more manageable affair.
Pickevent is the world’s first events network connecting attendees, speakers and event organisers - with clear benefits for each potential user type:
- As an Attendee you can use the platform to connect and engage with other attendees, speakers or event organisers. You can find and discover new events worth attending or keep track of which events your favourite keynote speakers are going to be at next.
- As a Speaker, the platform can be used to showcase what you’re about - you can add videos, share links and build a following and of course enable event organisers to find and connect with you.
- If you’re an Event Organiser, you can use Pickevent to promote events, to engage with your attendees and speakers before, during or after an event and of course it can be used to help you analyse that all important audience data.
It’s a win-win-win in other words!
No matter what type of user you potentially are - we reckon you should give Pickevent a try.
We reckon you’ll like it. We do. Lots.
