Startup of the Week - Ofixu

by Startacus Admin
If you’re a freelancer or a contractor you’ll know only too well that finding a space to work in can sometimes be a challenge. Your local coffee shop may fit the bill in some respects but chances are you may yearn for a desk in a less distracting environment.
If that’s the case, our latest Startup of the Week ought to be right up your street.
Ofixu is an online platform where unused commercial space can be rented out by those that need a place to work.
Whether you need to find a desk for a week, an entire office for a month or even the use of a board room for a day, you can do so via the platform.
It’s a doddle to use - simply search what space is available in your preferred location on the dates that you need and then make a booking directly with the owner.
Of course if you’re the owner of any surplus commercial space, Ofixu is the perfect place for you to list and rent that space and thereby start making some additional revenue. Your listing can include photos, videos as well as info and details on the space itself, its amenities and any rules and regs that you would require renters to adhere to.
Spaces can be listed for free and you’ll simply pay a 5% fee once a successful booking has taken place.
Ofixu is yet another great example of the sharing economy and as we all know, that's certainly looks as though it's here to stay.
Ofixu - we’re loving your work…
