Browsing the internet is pretty easy right? However what happens if you’re on of those people who has umpteen tabs open at the same time, sites bookmarked right left and centre? Not quite the most favourable browsing experience is it? Well thanks to our latest Startup of the Week that could change completely.
MyWebRoom is a bookmarking site with a difference.
You can basically create a virtual room and customize it using one of the various layouts and design options that the site offers.
Then simply start adding in your favourite bookmarked sites into one of the objects stored around your virtual room. For example, you can add your favourite magazine or book sites to the shelves on the wall, add your favourite movie sites to the virtual TV, or even add your favourite search engine to the virtual laptop. Everything that you would normally access - from travel, news to social media sites can all be stored in various objects around your virtual room.
The whole premise of course is to make your web browsing experience as easy as possible, but also entirely personal to you. MyWebRoom offers quite a novel approach and for innovation alone it deserves credit.
Not sure if you’d like it? Why not check out the online demo that gives you a little taster of what it’s all about.
