Startup of the Week - Moteefe

by Startacus Admin
Whether you’re fundraising for a charity or are simply seeking a new way of getting the message out about your brand, our latest Startup of the Week would be well worth a look.
Moteefe is a new platform which enables both individuals and organisations to design and sell their own branded clothing.
Here’s how it works:
Simply choose a product to design and then make it your own. You can customise each product as you see fit - upload your own designs or simply play around with the fonts and clip art that Moteefe provides. Be as creative as you like!
As you go along, you’ll be updated on how much that particular item will cost to produce as well as the profit you would make from each product that’s sold.
Once you’re happy with your products and designs, it’s time to create a campaign. In essence your campaign’s aim is to showcase your designs and ultimately get customers to want to buy your clothes.
When creating a campaign you’ll need to firstly decide its duration - this can be anything from 3-21 days. Then you can upload pics and videos, add text descriptions and perfect your pitch.
Once your campaign is live, it’s time to get people interested in what you’ve created.
Promote your campaign everywhere you can - directly to friends and family, via social media - it’s entirely up to you.
Your campaign will be deemed successful if you achieve 5 or more sales.
The Moteefe team then take over all the practical bits and pieces - from the manufacturing right through to the delivery of the end product, which incidentally takes place within 8-10 working days after your campaign ends. Then it’s just a matter of waiting for your profits to roll in!
We love what these guys are doing. Not only because they’re facilitating the process of creating unique and bespoke merchandise but also because they’re doing it in such a straightforward, simple way.
Go check Moteefe out for yourself - we reckon you’ll like it too…
