Startup of the Week - Mindful Chef

by Startacus Admin
Let’s face it - whilst many of us may have aspirations to eat healthily, our busy lives can often get in the way. Eating on the move, grabbing late night takeaways or supermarket convenience food can become the norm.
If this sounds like you and you’d like to do something about it, then our latest Startup of the Week would be well worth a look.
Mindful Chef is a healthy recipe box company which is on a mission to make healthy eating easy!
Forget refined carbs and sugars - with the Mindful Chef folk it’s all about quality seasonal ingredients.
Here’s how it works:
Firstly you decide if you’d like a Classic or Plant Based recipe box, and then decide which recipes you would like to try. You will have new recipes to select from each week as the Mindful Chef team are committed to creating ever more imaginative and delicious recipes.
Your recipe box will then be delivered and will contain all the organic ingredients you would need to make those particular recipes, all pre-measured into the exact quantities and accompanied by recipe cards outlining clear instructions as to how you should make your chosen dish. All ingredients supplied are sourced from small West Country farms and producers and all recipes are a doddle to follow!
Their ethos is for you to have a meal “from prep to plate in 20-30 minutes”.
Convenience food with a difference - wouldn’t you agree?
We love what Mindful Chef are doing and from the testimonials and accolades they’ve received to date, we’re certainly not alone!
Check out the short video below which will give you a little further insight.
