Startup of the Week - LuckyTrip

by Startacus Admin
Ever been planning a trip away and found that the actual planning has taken away some of the fun? Us too!
Poring over countless websites, checking out reviews, comparing prices - it can become nothing short of a chore.
That however is exactly what our latest Startup of the Week is seeking to address.
LuckyTrip is an innovative new app which not only makes planning a trip easier, it also makes it fun again too!
You simply use the onscreen slider to select your preferred budget and then tap the “Lucky” button and see what comes up!
You’ll be given details of a potential trip which is broken down into the following three areas:
- Somewhere to go - this will outline the cheapest flights available from Skyscanner
- Somewhere to stay - this will detail the best rooms available from Booking.com and
- Something to Make you happy - this will consist of details of a unique handpicked activity selected for you by the LuckyTrip team
If the suggestions aren’t for you, simply tap lucky again and see what’s next!
If however your dream trip has been created, you can book directly from the app. Simples!
We’re loving what the LuckyTrip folk are doing with this app - anything which can save time and eliminates hassle is simply music to our ears.
Check out the short video below and we reckon you’ll agree too…
