Startup of the Week - Jauntful

by Startacus Admin
Let’s face it - when many of us are planning a trip to a new city or country, we’ll often ask friends and family who’ve been there before for their thoughts - their tips and their recommendations for things to do, places to eat, where to shop or whatever. Whilst there are a plethora of resources for finding out all that info too, it’s somehow not the same as getting a personal recommendation.
That’s exactly what our latest Startup of the Week is trying to encapsulate.
Jauntful is an online platform which allows you to create shareable, printable guides to the cities you love.
It couldn’t be easier to use. You simply add in all the places, spaces and activities etc that you’d like to include. Jauntful fills in all the details and plots it on a map for you.
Whether you add in your fave little café that’s off the beaten track or your personal tips for navigating a museum, what Jauntful helps you create is a unique, tailored and bespoke guide.
It’s up to you then to share the guide with whomever you choose.
The great thing is that as well as enabling people to access your guide online, Jauntful also enables them to print out a PDF version to take with them on their travels.
If you fancy getting stuck in and creating your own Jauntful guides for your fave cities, then you’ll need to register to become a user. The site is currently in Preview stage but new users are being invited every day. So then - what are you waiting for! Get on it now!
