Startup of the Week - HowNow

by Startacus Admin
In recent years it’s become ever more apparent that lifelong learning is an absolute must whether it’s for our professional development or simply for personal achievement. And thanks to technology, it’s become easier than ever before too - technology such as the platform that’s been created by our latest Startup of the Week for instance.
HowNow is a digital platform which “connects experts and learners around the world for live, interactive video lessons”.
This EdTech startup makes it easy to learn all sorts of things - all from the comfort of your own home. Whether you want to learn a new language, develop your presentation skills or finally master that ukelele you bought all those years ago, HowNow will enable you to do it.
You can have one-to-one lessons or get involved in group classes and thereby engage with both your teachers and fellow students in just the same way as you would if you were attending a class in real life.
Booking the class and paying for it is all facilitated via the platform and it’s a doddle to use.
Of course, if on the other hand you would like to share your knowledge and be the teacher, you can register to do just that as well. HowNow makes the whole process so straightforward - from promoting the classes in your virtual classroom through to managing the payments that you receive from your registered students.
In essence you can create your own online school with minimal ease.
HowNow is on a mission to change how the world learns and we love what they are doing. Don’t you?
Check out the short video below for a little insight into how it all works...
