Let’s face it - we’ve all got personal goals - whether it’s to eat less processed food or to learn a new language. The reality is though that it’s not always that easy to achieve them - especially when we have so many other things going on at once. Well thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, it’s just become a whole lot easier.
Full is an app which lets you track, measure and visualize the goals which are important to you.
In essence you simply add the goals you’d like to achieve this month and set a target for the number of times you hope to do just that. Ideally, you should create a list of a few monthly goals.
Every time that you work towards achieving a goal, you simply use Full’s swipe function to add one tally to your goal.
Full uses green, yellow and red indicators to let you monitor your progress and also lets you access previous months stats so that you can compare how you’ve been doing and then adjust or edit your goals if you need to.
Full is really user-friendly and makes the whole process of setting and and tracking goals so easy. If you need a little helping hand to achieving your own personal goals, we reckon this could be the app for you. We love it!
