Startup of the Week - Flavourly

by Startacus Admin
Four Easy Steps to Deliciousness - no, it’s not the name of a new Channel 4 cookery show or the title of your favourite celebrity chef’s latest book - instead, it’s exactly what happens if you become a customer of our latest Startup of the Week.
Flavourly is an all new subscription service which delivers a box filled with delicious gourmet goodies to your door every month. Each box contains between 6 - 10 food products that you won’t find in your typical supermarket. All are sourced from local and niche artisan producers. From preserves to biscuits, it’s a box full of surprises every month. And to aid those smaller producers further, each Flavourly box contains a highlight card giving all the information you would need to know about their products, their background and where exactly you can get some more.
If you are interested in subscribing, you can do so on a monthly pay as you go basis or pay in advance for a 3 month or 6 month subscription. With the season of goodwill almost upon us, a subscription would probably be a good gift idea for any foodies out there. An added bonus is that for every Flavourly box that is bought, the company donates a meal to one of the 250 food banks throughout the UK. Therefore subscribers are not only supporting a whole host of independent and niche food producers but also are supporting an extremely worthy social cause too.
There are admittedly lots of subscription services popping up like this these days; however not all have the underlying aim of helping other people and their businesses at their core like this one. So for that reason alone - we doff our hats to Flavourly...
