Startup of the Week - Feast It

by Startacus Admin
If you’ve ever had to organise an event or function, you’ll know only too well that getting the catering right is an absolute must. However as we all know, finding the right caterer can be a bit of a chore - whether you’re organising an intimate little gathering or a full blown business conference.
Our latest startup of the week is on a mission to make the entire process easy and a lot more interesting to boot!
Feast It is a new and unique online platform which will allow you to “discover, compare and book the ideal caterer for your event or party”.
Forget soggy sarnies and boring pizzas - Feast It’s focus is on gourmet street food.
To use the site, simply enter your postcode and the date of your event and you’ll then find a whole heap of caterers who could provide the tasty nosh for your event. You can then contact and book your chosen supplier all via the platform.
What’s great of course is the fact that the caterers featured all offer something a little different from the run of the mill food supplier. They’re hand picked by the Feast It team and they exude both quality and originality.
At the moment only London based caterers are featured on the platform however we understand that the long term plan is to expand to include caterers from all around the UK as well and beyond.
We love what Feast It are doing with this platform.
Not only are they helping event organisers with that all important catering, they’re also providing a great platform for street food vendors and artisans to showcase what they’re about and ultimately gain more business.
It’s a win win!
