Let’s face it - there’s always something different about work on a Friday. Whether it’s relief that the working week is coming to an end or the whole notion of ‘Yay! It’s the weekend..’ Either way, Fridays are generally pretty good days.
And thanks to our latest Startup of the Week, Fridays have just become even better for some lucky Londoners!
DeskBeers is a new subscription service that sends craft beers from London breweries to work desks every Friday.
Yes - a relaxing beer on a Friday afternoon. What’s not to love about that?
It’s not just any old beer though - it’s craft beer which the Deskbeers folk describe as being beer that is “generally produced in low quantities, with loads of love, by a few passionate folk rather than multi-national, faceless corporations.”
Subscribe to this then and you’re not only making your staff think you’re the best boss ever, but you’re also helping to support a whole heap of self starters doing their own thing, making their own craft beers.
At the moment the site is in closed beta, but you can still sign up and be notified when they’re ready to take your order.
There are plans afoot too to roll it out to other areas - that’s sure to go down well, don’t you think?
