Startup of the Week - Craft Candy

by Startacus Admin
As we all know, more and more people are getting into crafts, making anything from knitted cakes and treats, to making actual cakes and treats! However finding local workshops, clubs and likeminded people can be a craft in itself, which is why our latest Startup Of The Week is so very good.
Craft Candy is a new way of connecting you to local craft events currently in London, but promises to add more and more cities soon. Their website allows you to find out what's going on, where it's going on and when it's going on!The great thing about Craft Candy, is that it's free for you to search for markets, clubs, workshops and the like, and also to submit your own workshop to be listed on the site.
Craft Candy also has a handy App, available for iOS and Android which allows you to search for local craft workshops, markets and clubs, has GPS maps that tells you how far away you are from events and is able to store your favourite events in the handy 'My Candy' function.
To get involved, or even get started, head over to Craft Candy to learn more and start getting a bit Crafty! We like it. We reckon you will too.
