Startup of the Week - Connu

by Startacus Admin
Since it’s World Book Day we felt it was only right that we choose a startup that’s making waves in the literary world to be our latest Startup of the Week - and by choosing Connu that’s just what we’ve done.
Connu is a reading app which aims to highlight and raise awareness of some of the best new ‘under-the-radar’ writers out there.
On a weekly basis, prominent writers are asked to select and recommend short stories from some of the best new writers in contemporary literature.
Connu then curates those short stories and delivers them to your phone or desktop. Stories can be downloaded to be read offline and they all also come with a pre-recorded live reading, making them perfectly accessible for when you’re on the move.
We’ve gotta admire Connu for the work that they are doing in trying to provide a platform for new and upcoming writers and we love their aspiration to become the ultimate hub for contemporary short fiction. Check Connu out for yourself and we reckon you’ll love it too…Like finding out about innovative startups? Why not check out our previous Startup of the Week...
