Startup of the Week - Bounts

by Startacus Admin
Let’s face it, when it comes to fitness, most of us probably fall into one of two camps - we’re either fully committed to keeping fit and active or we’re not! Gym bunnies or couch potatoes!
Whichever category you may fall into, our latest Startup of the Week would be well worth a look.
bounts is an app that rewards people for being active. The more you do, the more rewards you’ll earn!
Perfect motivation then if you need a little extra encouragement before you’d ever consider donning those trainers. And if the gym is already like your second home, bounts will simply provide an extra boost!
Here’s how it works:
Download the app (available on either iOS or Android) and then simply connect any of your fitness apps or devices to it. Thereafter, all your fitness activities are tracked. From swimming to walking - every activity you undertake can earn you points (or bounts). And the points? You can convert them into cash vouchers for a whole heap of retailers and brands.
As the bounts folk say “ Think of it as airmiles - but for exercise”.
Getting fit and being rewarded for doing so? The perfect win win!Check out the short video below and you’ll get a little further insight into what it’s all about.
