Startup of the Week - Bottle & Bean

by Startacus Admin
Mmmm - Craft beers and coffee - two of our favourite things.
Until now though we’ve never actually put them together but that’s exactly what our latest Startup of the Week have done!
Fear not though - they haven’t invented a new strange coffee/beer concoction - what Bottle & Bean have done is they’ve created a new subscription based startup where you can get some of the UK’s finest craft beers and speciality coffees delivered right to your door.
The Bottle and Bean team are focusing on the independent craft producers - the small brewers and speciality roasters who are committed to creating quality drinks.
Subscribe to their service and every month you will receive a box of coffee or crate of beer or perhaps both if you prefer! Whilst having the choice of one or both beverages is admittedly different, what makes Bottle & Bean truly unique is the fact that every month they hold live online tastings which subscribers can tune into.
At these tasting events, subscribers can discover more about the producers, by interacting directly with the brewers and roasters and thereby properly finding out about the drinks they have created.
If you subscribe your monthly box or crate will always be delivered in time for you to tune in and get involved in the live tasting event. How good is that!
We love what these guys are doing. Not only due to the fact that their combination of coffee and craft beer works, but also because of the fact that they have combined a subscription based service with live events.
We reckon they’re on to a winner - don’t you?...
