If you’re the handy type and love nothing more than pottering about doing some DIY, then we reckon you’re going to love our latest Startup of the Week. Likewise, if you’ve decided that this is the year that you finally get around to tackling those DIY chores you’ve been avoiding forever, we reckon you’ll like it lots too.
The startup in question is BonzaQuote - an online marketplace and community for all things DIY!
As we all know, one of the biggest chores when starting any DIY project is sourcing the materials and tools. Whether it’s re-tiling an entire bathroom or simply putting up a shelf, getting the right materials at the right price is an absolute must.
This is where Bonzaquote comes in. The platform basically enables users to do an online comparison of over 30,000 DIY tools and materials from DIY and building supplies retailers across the UK and Ireland. No more traipsing from store to store or checking numerous websites - BonzaQuote does it all for you.
The result?
It saves you lots of time and most importantly saves you lots of money too!
The product range is diverse - it lets you compare everything from screws and nails to sealants and varnishes. Of course as the platform grows, so too will the range of products that it features and the suppliers and retailers it compares.
You’ve got to admit - even the most DIY savvy amongst us would surely welcome something which makes the task in hand a tad easier.
What we like too is the fact that the platform also features a whole heap of handy DIY tips and tutorials. It’s therefore much more than just an online comparison site - it could almost be viewed as a one-stop shop.
If you’re about to embark on some DIYing for the first time or if you’re a seasoned pro, we reckon it’d certainly be worth checking BonzaQuote out.
