Startup of the Week - Ben
by Startacus Admin
Ben is a London-based startup that's made it easier for companies to personalise benefits and rewards for their employees
We've all been through a lot in the last year - employers and employees alike. From remote working to incessant zoom meetings, it's been a challenging time. It's therefore more important than ever for employers to show their appreciation to their employees - whether that's through extra perks or additional benefits. And thanks to our latest startup of the week, it's become a whole lot easier to do.
Ben is an "all-in-one platform for any company to personalise benefits and reward".
Recognising that many companies have pretty much got a blanket approach to their employee reward and benefits systems, they've created a solution which is much more tailored for the individual.
It enables employers to issue prepaid MasterCards to their employees, which can then be used to pay for benefits that the employee actually would want and enjoy.
Employers of course can set the budgets and the categories where the cards can be used, however employees still have that element of choice that isn't available with traditional benefit and reward systems.
The Ben platform also provides all the data and reporting functionality that an employer would need. So if you want to keep track of what funds are being used or you need to collate data for tax reporting, you can do just that.
This innovative SaaS platform saves employers both time and money whilst also ensuring that employees avail of much more personalized reward schemes.
The result?
Happier employers and happier employees.
A win-win all round!
