Startup of the Week - Appointedd

by Startacus Admin
Booking and scheduling made easy - even post-COVID, thanks to Appointedd

However, no matter what we do or what type of business we may run, planning, scheduling and organising will remain vital.
Our latest startup of the week is on a mission to help us all do just that and they have now added features to help cover our #NewNormal needs.
Appointedd is an online booking and scheduling solution for small businesses.
It can be used to schedule appointments, meetings, classes - basically whatever you need to keep on top of. You can easily keep track of your own or your team’s appointments.
It syncs with all major online calendars, It’s cloud based and secure and works easily across time zones. In essence it makes booking and scheduling a doddle. Your appointments and meetings may be virtual these days but you can still keep on top of them.
In order to help businesses “survive, revive and thrive” post-COVID-19, Appointedd has now created a complete solutions suite.
There are 5 key elements:
Up close & virtual - this enables users to engage with clients and customers remotely - either via consultations, virtual experiences or even online showcases or masterclasses.
By appointment - particularly relevant for retailers re-opening, this enables businesses to manage social distancing by appointment, thereby enabling a safer shopping environment and ensuring that customers and staff alike feel more comfortable.
Buffer up - this particularly useful feature adds buffers to all in-person meetings and appointments, thereby providing adequate time for safer social distancing and for sanitisation measures to be taken.
Zero touch - by enabling contact free payments and asking more questions in advance of any in-person interactions, this feature greatly increases the zero touch potential
Click & collect plus - this feature enables click and collect by clients and customers and also enables users to reward customer loyalty.
As the lockdown is eased and our #NewNormal begins, we reckon there could be no better time for businesses of all kinds to check out Appointedd and the solutions it provides.
