Startup of the Week - Anorak

Anorak - The lowdown on the InsurTech startup which is on a mission to disrupt the life insurance sector...
Whilst we all generally insure our homes and cars without fail, when it comes to insuring ourselves, some of us tend to be a little more lax. Life insurance is often something that we just put off. Of course if and when we eventually get round to it, it can be a real challenge figuring out if we’ve got the right cover for our needs.Help is now at hand however thanks to our latest startup of the week.

Here’s how it works.
You initially answer a few basic questions on yourself, your household and finances etc. That info is then analysed and you will be presented with tailored advice on what insurance you would need and how much you should get. Anorak then scans through all the major insurers before identifying a policy which best meets your needs. If you’re happy with the recommendation, you simply apply and thereby start availing of the cover.

You’ll have no pushy salespeople to deal with, no jargon to get your head around, the entire process is simplified and you’ll get your life insurance sorted in a matter of minutes.
What’s not to love about that…
