Startup of the Week - Adyuka

by Startacus Admin
Let’s face it. Buying online isn’t always that easy. There are the time consuming searches, the deliberating over various options, the multiple tab opening whilst you compare prices and of course the frustration when you can no longer find ‘that’ site again when you want to show your other half your potential purchase!
That however is exactly what our latest Startup of the Week is aiming to remedy.
Adyuka is a social e-commerce tool that makes finding a product online easier and also lets you collaborate with friends on joint purchasing decisions.
Here’s how it works:
Simply register for the site and add the Adyuka button to your browser - then whenever you are browsing and see something that you like, hit the Adyuka button and your product searches will be saved. You can have related products saved in Collections - be it potential birthday gifts or info on holidays. Having everything in the one place makes comparisons so much easier. Also, you can share your collections or lists with friends and get their input and views on your potential purchases. Not only that but you can allow friends and family to make recommendations or suggestions to you.
Check out the short video below to get a little more insight into what it’s all about.
Adyuka
Adyuka - how it worksWhat do we think? Well in essence, Adyuka adds a real social element to online shopping but more importantly it makes it a lot less of a chore. And that surely is no bad thing!
Try it out for yourselves.
Happy shopping folks!
