Startup of the Week - Add to Event

by Startacus Admin
If you’ve ever had to organise an event, you’ll know only too well how challenging and time consuming the entire process can be. Whether it’s organising a caterer or hiring a marquee - finding the right resources for your event can take a lot of the fun out of the planning!
Our latest Startup of the Week have recognised just that and have sought to remedy it.
Add to Event is an online marketplace which will allow you to find the best suppliers and services in your area for any type of event.
Here’s how it works:
Simply submit an online request outlining what your particular requirements are. Your request will then be sent to matching local suppliers. They in turn can send you quotes for their services via the platform. The quote won’t simply be a price however - it will also include a profile on the supplier, contact details and reviews or testimonials from previous customers.
You can then compare quotes and thereby be better informed before making a decision on which supplier to use. Once your event has taken place, you can leave feedback for your chosen suppliers to in turn help other users.
If you’re a supplier, the Add to Event platform is a great way of promoting your services to a new audience and thereby generating new leads. It can complement your existing PR and Marketing strategy and of course ultimately help grow your business.
It’s therefore a win win for all concerned - we reckon that event organisers and event suppliers alike will both benefit from being on the Add to Event marketplace.
Check Add to Event out for yourself and you’ll see what we mean…
