Startup Founder’s Mental Health Awareness - Calling for Change!

Tired of empty talk surrounding founder’s mental health, London-based blockchain accelerator StateZero Labs is aiming to drive change.
Later this year StateZero Labs will be launching The InvestWell Community – a community of VCs, investors and accelerators determined to create actionable change in the investment ecosystem around workpace and founder wellness and mental health.
StateZero is the world's first dedicated blockchain lab for startups and they recently launched their first cohort of seven startups using blockchain beyond 
cryptocurrency, for global good and improvement. Check out our recent feature on StateZero startup eTEU as an example.
They are looking for as many founders to tell them about their experiences with mental health, so they can get some solid stats behind this movement. The more voices there are, the more credible an impact we can all have.

Why?
There are some fundamental issues that need to change when it comes to the general approach to founder wellness and mental health, and as an ecosystem, StateZero Labs believes that we need to shout louder so that people and organisations stand up and listen.
As an industry, startups and investors are just starting to awaken to the idea of founder wellness, both physically and mentally. The industry is at a pivotal moment to set real precedents for the wellbeing of the founders that they choose to support and invest in. StateZero Labs has decided to stand and fight for an atmosphere of acceptance and support, over judgement in the workplace and wants to invite you to join them.
As founders, incubators, accelerators or startup hubs, StateZero Labs believes that we all have a responsibility to protect the wellbeing of the founders we work with, invest in, and support. According to them, it’s up to us to create change.
StateZero Labs wants to see its side of the ecosystem standing up and speaking out on founder wellness. Afterall, a healthy founder makes a healthy business.
