Being an entrepreneur or working in a startup can on occasion require some ‘public speaking’. 
Whether it’s a pitch for investment to a roomful of VCs, or an inspirational talk to group of your peers, the ‘performing’ aspects of running a business, often provides a surprising set of challenges to the unsuspecting enterprising person.
That’s why the lovely folks at MetaSpeech have agreed to offer members of the Startacus community a fantastic discount on their public speaking package.
MetaSpeech
MetaSpeech is a public speaking consultancy that helps entrepreneurs boost their non-verbal communication. It is run by Mariana Lucia Marquez and Emma Zangs who together have over 25 years of experience working as performers and choreographers. Their core aim is to help clients become relaxed and confident speakers for pitch presentations, job interviews, or in front of a camera.
We first met Mariana and Emma when they were awarded our Startup of the Week accolade back in April. Since then they have become active members of the Startacus community sharing their expertise regularly with our readers.
You can usually find the pair giving workshops at London’s coolest accelerators and tech places like TechHub, Innovation Warehouse, Incubus, Warner Yard, and PiLabs. Watch the video at the bottom to see them in action!
