Startacus Business Raffle at CultureTECH’s START

Regular visitors to Startacus will no doubt know that we love a good b2b or startup themed giveaway and with the feedback we’ve had from you lot, we know you love them too!

Generally speaking, we’ve collaborated with brands and hosted these giveaways on the Startacus site and of course via our trusty social media channels of Facebook and Twitter - now however we’re about to do something different.

We’re collaborating with CultureTECH and as part of their START event which takes place next Wednesday, we’ll be hosting a fab offline Raffle for all the lucky folk in attendance.

As most of you will (or should!) know, CultureTECH is the largest technology and creative industries festival in Northern Ireland, the CultureTECH folk run one of the largest education outreach programmes in the province and they also deliver a whole variety of innovative programmes across technology, the arts and social innovation. We’ve been following and attending CultureTECH since the start in 2012 and we are again looking forward to this year’s event - check out the CultureTECH 2015 programme here and you’ll understand why.

So...the CultureTECH START event will take place next Wednesday 16th September between 8pm - 11pm at Roco, The Quay, Strand Road, Derry. This is the event that will kick off the 2015 industry programme and over the course of the evening, there’ll be everything from informal networking through to startup demos and talks - with the added bonus of music, food and locally produced tipples. And most importantly this is the event where we’ll be hosting our raffle  - so it’s not to be missed.

We’ve got a whole heap of prizes up for grabs from some amazing brands and organisations - prizes such as:

• 2 x tickets to Digital DNA Business in Belfast

• 4 x tickets to ICONS Festival in Belfast

• 2 x framed Startup themed motivational posters from StartupZap

• Advertising space on Startacus for 30 days / or an interview feature (winner chooses which!)

• 1 x 12 month subscription to FreeAgent Accounting software

• 50 x laser-cut wooden business cards from Piece Makers, Derry

• 1 x £40 voucher for Derry’s Walled City Brewery

• 2 x half day mentoring sessions with Entrepreneur and Small Business Mentor John Carleton of EntreGuide.com

• 1 x piece of professionally written content from The Key Tappers, a Derry based Content Writing service launching via Startacus

To get your Raffle Ticket, you’ll need to attend the START event next week - tickets are available via Get Invited. Then bag your complimentary raffle ticket from one of the Startacus team in attendance.

The raffle itself will take place over the course of the evening - best of luck in advance to all of you who’ll be there!

Now for the boring stuff - the rules...

• Each START attendee can only have one raffle ticket

• CultureTECH and Startacus teams cannot enter!

• Prizewinners must advise Startacus should they wish to pass on their prize to someone else
