Space32 - the first 'hybrid-office' marketplace

The lowdown on Space32 - the startup that wants to help hybrid-working businesses find the working space and solution that's right for them.
Space32 is a recently launched startup that’s on a mission to help companies and employees across the world to benefit from the new hybrid-working revolution.
Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs Jon Dweck, Keith Lomas and Richard Fine, the startup aims to help hybrid-working organisations to find the right space and solution that will nurture a happy culture, support teamwork and enable growth.
When the Covid pandemic hit, co-founder Jon experienced the benefits of hybrid working and became convinced that the five-day office week was gone for good. When looking at the best post-pandemic solution for his own business, Jon decided that fixed-hybrid i.e. fixed days in the office and fixed days out of the office, would be the best solution for his hybrid workforce. But this meant that his office space would be left empty for two days a week. So, he found another business to rent the space two days a week – and the initial Space32 concept was born.
Space32 has created the unique “Hybrid Office” concept as a solution for businesses supporting hybrid-working for their employees. It provides office space which can be used by multiple businesses on different days of the week.
The company is also building the world’s first automated office marketplace, featuring its proprietary “Intelligent Match” process, which takes business and team characteristics and converts them into the right space and solution. Its intelligent online marketplace matches hybrid-working businesses to the working space that’s right for them, on different days of the week, allowing staff to come to the office on fixed days, saving firms billions of pounds a year.
Space 32 already has more than 1100 hybrid-working office spaces across more than 200 locations in Greater London and plans are in place to expand nationwide. Having raised £450,000 in pre-seed funding in March 2022 and being backed by many seasoned entrepreneurs and investors, this is certainly one to watch!
